Coloplast is a market leader in European markets, but has yet to gain dominance in the US; this means its looking for people to drive results. The business has many challenges to overcome, so it is an environment where an employee will have room for professional development. The building and amenities are beautiful in its American headquarters. Coloplast has really reliable, reputable products of which one can be proud.
Cons
Coloplast's turnover rate is incredibly high across all levels of the hierarchy, making it difficult to know who to contact or know what direction the company is going due to new leadership. While an international company, most global movement is of its Danish employees. Like with other American healthcare organizations, the data reliability/clarity is very challenging.
