My coworkers were great, I hope they can all get out. The site was beautiful in the spring.

Cons

Management is extremely disconnected from the production floor. Major integration project was completely botched and management is taking it out on everyone else Turned an entire team of Engineers into data enterers Compensation is woefully below market average for the area Solution to every problem is OT or to throw more people at it, always treating the symptom and never the cause

Cons

No promotion in 4 years, default raise is 2% so my salary is underwater where I started. Absolute boomer corporate shills in management, keep harping how they love micromanaging people in the office
