      Pros

      Good benefits, salary, pension etc. Early friday finish. Good canteen. Opportunities to move around.

      Cons

      Lack of skills and knowledge in manufacturing across all departments, people in jobs with no experience, lack of basic fundamental engineering skills in ME, Quality and Ops. Unwillingness to listen to new ideas, innovate or do things properly. Resistance to change. Lots brushed under carpet. This is a place for those who do not like a challenge and want an easy ride to see out their career with good benefits.

      Great starting out, lots of great training on the system and policies and procedures. Use SAP, Teams, and other technology that made interactions seamless, benefits were good.

      Cons

      Buyouts and questionable management changes, certain individuals were given special treatment, management would punish the team instead of individuals who were not pulling their weight, did not always reward the right people, too much DEI
