      Use to be a great place to work, now it’s just a paycheck

      Pros

      You get a Paycheck every two weeks

      Cons

      Really bad health care / dental. Premiums are about the same as getting your own private insurance. Very little social type events (they eliminate most, including the Christmas dance/social/dinner). Not much room for advancement, often times management will prevent you from doing internal transfers (empire building).

      Terribly managed. Decentralized corporate structure allows site managers to make all the bad decisions .
