      Management style consensual, relatively relaxed pace of aerospace projects, tried hard to get their designs right

      Cons

      Local design team were going to a cost centre based approach which they hadn't figured how to do, so engineers were swopping on and off projects subject to funding in a seemingly dis-organised way.
