      Pros

      Good initiatives from Academy to give technical trainings to associates.

      Cons

      1. Management is biased, extreme favoritism 2. No work-life balance, managers foster such work-culture 3. Appraisals are biased, no preference given to employees opinion 4. does not have a 360 degree feedback system. 5. Low pay packages and loads of work is expected to be done. 6. 9 hrs have to be completed in office, even if you have no work. 7. Leaves are not granted even if there is no work.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is cool and you can be peaceful in the company.. If you join as a fresher the company will be nice to you

      Cons

      Getting promoted is very difficult especially for laterals.. Laterals will not be recognized in the company.. HR policy does not support laterals

      * Performance Recognition - If you perform well, you would be recognized * Management - The management is willing to give a patient hearing for your concerns. But concrete action may or may not happen :-) * Onsite Opportunities - Lots of onsite opportunities in US, UK, LATAM and APAC * Working Environment - Overall a good working environment with supportive colleagues * Flexible timings

      Cons

      * Resource Management - Skills of employees are not taken into consideration while mapping them to projects * Project Management - Improper risk forecasting * Package - For lateral hires, pay is higher than those who are working with same exp in Cognizant * For Campus hires, difference in pay package is very less for pass outs of different years. For example - The difference in pay for 2005 and 2006 batch is minimal
