Poor and low salary Zero team building activity. Performance review process is ridiculous, client might give you a top score but your line manager who is has never worked with you decides your performance. Promotion is almost impossible, as the process in place makes it difficult

- To much bureaucracy. - If you want to grow up faster, I recommend to not choose it, but if you want to learn and go in a long an normal process like a normal big company, it's ok. - Every request for a software, needs to be handle it by another team, so if you need something faster to work, you need to wait, this process take sometimes long time depending of your requirements or needs.
