      Pros

      1) Much of the project work with a particular big client can be done remotely so you can work from home. 2) Good work / life balance 3) Good benefits - 401K employer match, dental, vision, medical, etc 4) Good bonus

      Cons

      1) Not much of a culture since it seems everyone works from home! 2) Company's performance was excellent in the prior year yet raises were not substantial at all 3) Project roles can be hit or miss in terms of career growth. You can be stuck in the same role for years. 4) To grow your career, you need to bring in new business. This leads to managers who are not very good "people managers". Lack of career path for those who don't want to do sales 5) HR activities are very disorganized and unstructured 6) Projects are staff augmentation

      Enterprising and young company. Doesn't restrict by role, good opportunity to get great roles with less experience. Average age below 30.

      Cons

      Doesn't reward the loyal employees very well even if they are big achievers. Opportunity based approach means lateral recruits get better designations and pay.
