      The environment is good, but the support departments are lethargic.

      Pros

      Reasonable pay, Flexible Timings, Good work culture and environment, Multi-cultural environment.

      Cons

      Support staff not supportive either HR or Admin or Network Staff. It is a struggle to get projects done in time as there is very less guidance from senior staff and requires a lot self-learning. Poor pay hikes even for the deserving staff. Variable Pay system is ridiculous as there is only 10% of staff get the entire variable pay as mentioned in offer letter.

      1. Compensation is very good all around 2. Growth and future opportunities for doing other roles available across all areas 3. A lot of independence given to individuals at manager level

      Cons

      1. Need to deal with global sourcing model and heavy India delivery - requires demands around off hours and week end work 2. Have to deal with a largely immature or growing organization. 3. Must be ready to relocate for growth within the company.
