      Pros

      -good technical growth -good bidirectional growth structure which enhances your technical/domain skills -fair hike and best in the service industry package structure thru which you get maximum take home -flexible work timings -good onsite opportunities -nice work culture where you get fair amount of freedom on various things -various internal classroom training programs/online trainings

      Cons

      -since it is service oriented co. you get a chance to work on various technologies where you can not focus on one and be master of it.. -more weight on the development and deliveries rather processes which makes sometimes un-necessary pressure on the team..so still this co. needs some amount of time to get completely process oriented.
