      Amazing choice of roles and scale of opportunities. Size of brand and products creates fantastic results. Benefits and discounts are extensive.

      Cons

      Old school ways and poor processes which do not create customer centric practices. Size of company can create impersonal messages on occasion

      Pros

      What is more fun than Coca-Cola! We worked very hard but had fun doing it and made some great friends and colleagues in the meantime. John Brock was an amazing CEO!

      At times the work life balance can be tough, but I've come to realize that is all up to the individual to manage!

      I struggle to think of any however I suppose the company name does look good on a cv and it's a job

      Cons

      Bullying, incompetent management that want you to work 7 days a week for nothing and show genuine surprise when morale takes a kicking.
