Pros

Being able to interact with people from all walks of life was the highlight of each day I went into work. I learned lots of patience and understanding from individuals I considered to be life teachers. Coach is in the transformation process and able to learn how the company is trying to turn around.

Cons

No transparency. Time between promotions can be lengthy.

- the pay was good - the length and hours of shifts were good - management accommodates your schedule as best as they can

- have to work holidays and weekends a lot - your hours are not always stable on a weekly basis - management was sometimes biased
