Because Coach is based on team bonus, everyone will help each other. No fighting over customers. Mangers are very helpful in helping associates achieve sales goals.

Team bonus, so there's no compensation.

Managers are great and co workers are great. Great stuff they sell. Highly reccomend

Cons

Unfortunately outside of the holidays the hours are tight so very hard to get hours. I also worked seasonally there so it put me low on the pecking order for hours.
