Discount- 50% off Sample Sale Good benefits to employee- flexible working hours, healthcare, beauty treatments etc Nice office facilities

Cons

Very chaotic- often last minute decisions are made. Lack of communication between departments and no coherent reporting. Your work will be dictated by North America as they are the main office- this means minor creative control, slow change and constant comparison to US even though Europe is a different market. Hierarchy is blatant in this company- orders are funnelled down and there is fear towards the person that is above you.
