entry pay level is ok, discount isn't awful. working with the other associates was fine. product is great to look at

Cons

major management issues, extremely difficult to move up in pay grade and rank, getting a raise is almost impossible. Expectations were set extremely high and impossible to reach. will work you to the bone, and not give benefits.
