Great mentors and co-workers in all the departments, so willing to help and teach you. Great "learning lunches" for everyone in the company to learn more about Coach & the business.

Cons

Long work hours, but that's a given in this industry!

Luxury brand, great product discount, great bonuses and salary.

Cons

Management works all the time. Can't get time off for family events. One assistant manager had to quit because she was not allowed to take us some Sunday's to attend a marriage session in on order to get married in the church, so she had to quit.
