      Coach was amazing until they over saturated the market and killed their own appeal.

      Less is more. Make coach desirable again.

      I Prefer to be a Customer Rather than an Employee

      Pros

      Generous Discount at Retail and Factory Stores, Loved the product prior to being employed by them, more managers than many retailers - making it easy to divide and conquer. Many of the team members were supportive when dealing with a family member with a serious illness.

      Cons

      Scheduling, awkward relationships between staff, poor product security for accessories, shipment processing - removing packing in handbags upon receipt and then putting it back in to go to the sales floor because the stockroom was not large enough for the volume of the store - the process was redundant. Surprise executive visit on Christmas Eve which created stress on an already busy day, and where negative comments were made to the GM in front of several clients - it should have been handled in private or through the DM, after the holiday.
