      Mostly women depending on your department, collaboration and partnerships are imperative.

      Cons

      Very political. Not a whole lot of work life balance. Depending on management not a whole lot of room for growth.

      willing to work with my schedule and regardless of your job you get an extra bonus ( team share ) if the store exceeds its sales goal for the month

      People. Pretty much everyone is friendly which is crazy in NYC.

      Cons

      Politics! Which has because much of your work to be “notice” but yet nothing can be done for you in terms of movement. So it does not matter how much effort or lack of you put in at the end of the day if you don’t have that support it means nothing.
