Great discount on current products and discontinued products. Also, decent bonus structure for part time employees. Good initial training and good ongoing training.

Cons

Goals could be given as a group instead of individually. Which would be better for team moral because no one works on commission.

You can receive a very nice discount. You get paid weekly.

Cons

It's kinda a high school type vibe. For me it's seasonal and they should at least, after the holiday, be able to keep at least one seasonal part-time. If not careful other sellers will take your sale.
