      A Positive Experience

      Pros

      I had the most amazing team and managers so I enjoyed going into work everyday. They were encouraging and supported me as I grew as a sales associate and when I looked for possible internships in Coach as well. I was well rewarded for strong sales performance, and the team worked together to boost sales also.

      Cons

      Retail hours are always difficult and not very flexible. I was also sad to see my managers let go after we merged with the women's department, especially given their amazing performance and dedication to the company and their jobs.

      Pros

      Great team, nice office, there's a kitchen on every floor of the building which is really great. They're very flexible with your schedule as well.

      Cons

      Sometimes very quiet and there is not much work to do. Overall, there are no real cons.

      Pros

      Coach values a good work-life balance, I've worked for the company for five years and have always been able to take vacation and personal time without any pushback. I have also always felt values and supported by my supervisors.

      Cons

      The only cons just come with the retail industry, like nights and weekends being mandatory. However, we are always given one or two weekends off a month and only close two nights a week. So it's really not that bad.
