Pros

the company cares and values its staff, co-workers are friendly, not very political , compensation and benefits are well taken care of, summer hours

Cons

demanding, always have to "deep dive" into details -way too detailed and frequent when it comes to reporting (regardless of which department you are in), title inflated - a department of 6 can have as many as 4 managers with only 1 team assistant or no subordinates.

It was a great retail store to work because it was clean and you get your own locker.

It was clean. There were decent hours available to work. They had a nice break room.

Cons

Management played favorites for sure. The hours were long if you were closing shift. We would stay until 1am sometimes.

Love Coach, great leather. I shopped there so much that working there made sense. Only was there for a couple weeks, but it was great fun. Would do it again, A++ would buy again.

Cons

Too much monogram. Should be obvious to management. What is wrong with this job? Well I'm not quite sure. Probably the same things that are wrong with every other retail part-time employ.
