      Love location, love brand & store.

      Cons

      Hate store manager's style & lack of back bone. Gave neutral overall rating because was great place to work until new store manager transfer.

      Great group of co-workers, including management. Worked well with my school schedule.

      Cons

      Not enough employees who has flexibility in schedules. It was hard to get someone to cover a shift.

      Excellent company to work for. High brand standards and work ethic. Truly values its employees with an excellent upper management team, supportive training and consistent evaluations that keep one motivated. Amazing employee discount.

      Cons

      If interested in the retail field, compensation and opportunity for advancement are very rewarding. However, very difficult to move from the field to corporate office.
