      Rotating door of employees due to toxic culture and management

      You will gain luxury retail and customer service experience.

      Cons

      A few of the managers are extremely rude and create an extremely toxic culture. I've been bullied by one of the them to the point that it's really difficult to want to go to work. Being treated less than a human being is simply unacceptable; however, I guess Coach promotes this culture.

      -Good salary -Teamshare (no commission) -Good team (depending on which store you work) - Performance pay rise

      Cons

      Management is not suitable for the store, they don’t have a clue of operations and customer service, authoritarian( the store manager) with lack of knowledge. They spend most of the time in the back gossiping and do mostly early shifts, not accountable. Area Manager and HR useless and they will take manager’s side, no matter what. They don’t care about the staff and they don’t ask for staff feedback about management and their toxic behaviours.
