      You get a good employee discount on products

      Cons

      They expect perfectionism, teams don’t work well together, you are underpaid for the amount of work you do, people are flat out rude, no way to get promoted unless you are a brown noser to upper management! Would not recommend working here if you want to be mentally stable!

      easy, flexible, accommodating for people who need to have a flexible schedule

      Cons

      management was little tough in regards to taking a break due to being on your feet for very long periods of time. corporate mandates to work at all times even if the store is not busy
