      Pros

      Temporary employees have the same access to the employee discount as permanent employees.

      Cons

      As a seasonal employee, it is difficult to reach your sales goal. Often times customers would come in who already had an established Sales Associate that they preferred to work with which made it difficult to meet individual sales goals.

      Flexible in office policy, good health benefits

      Cons

      Lots of egos and stuck up attitudes, particularly on the creative side of the business. Only the corner office folks make decisions. Only care to focus on the Women's Retail (full price) business. Very little upward mobility- people end up leaving to seek growth.
