Coach provided a great environment for learning and career development

Constantly learning. Ever changing work environment. Great product. Opportunity to be surrounded by extremely smart individuals to learn from and be mentored by.

Cons

The only downside I find with working at Coach is the lack of work - life balance. There are long hours and I find myself working even when I leave the office.

Okay place to work if your boss doesn't mind bending a few ridiculous rules and outrageous policies.

Excellent pay and benefits. Generous discount.

Cons

Ludacris attendance policy that requires a manager to spend twenty to thirty minutes writing a warning for an employee who is late one minute punching in. Their HR policies waste a lot of time that could have been used to train people.
