      Pros

      The people I worked with were amazing and I still keep in touch with them and the benefits are amazing!

      Cons

      There are some very slow days and one of the managers always urged you to be pushy to the customers

      Pros

      I was paid very well. And the perks were nice (staff discount, sample sales, parties, etc.)

      Cons

      This is a place where, who you know and are liked by is more important than the work you do. There are some senior leaders that should have been retired/left long ago, but are around because of their relationship with CEO.

      Pros

      There is great leadership from up top, which really trickles down. There is a focus on personal and professional development. In addition, it's great working for a company that is doing well and has such a loyal consumer base.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is very different in each department - you either have too much to do or nothing to do. As anywhere else, favorites are played, which can be frustrating to those who work hard (which is just about everybody).
