      Pros

      Great discount, competitive salary, you get to work for a high end fashion brand, inside look at the way high end brands function.

      Cons

      NO work life balance, upper management only hires for looks and not talent, upper management has very poor decision making skills, colleagues are only out for themselves.

      Pros

      I have been an employee of Coach for many years and have enjoyed the culture. District and Regional management is very supportive in the continuous growth of teams performance; offering constructive feedback and positive recognition to improve store functions.

      Cons

      since Lew Frankford retired from Coach things have gone down hill. Executive leadership is not interested in hearing from the field, they say they care however their actions show a different outlook. Corporate partners are slow to react to situations that occur at the store level, causing continuous turn over. Executive leadership is very reactionary in their decision making to please stock holders, again, making it hard for the employees on the store level to keep their heads above water.

      Pros

      Passion for development and training of people, promotion from within, energetic and fast paced environment. Strong comradery amongst team. Opportunity to make bonuses on a monthly basis as a team instead of a commision based environment.

      Cons

      Lack of timely corporate communication. Corporate out of touch with the store level, missing out on opportunities and realistic outcomes of initiatives. Desires of new direction favored over actual desires of loyal Coach shoppers
