Pros

Luxury brand, great product discount, great bonuses and salary.

Cons

Management works all the time. Can't get time off for family events. One assistant manager had to quit because she was not allowed to take us some Sunday's to attend a marriage session in on order to get married in the church, so she had to quit.

Pros

Strong sense of worth. They invest in their people and training teams with selling and service tools.

Cons

Invest in the product as much as your people. Stop micromanaging and trust your managers to run a successful business.

Pros

The best reasons to work for Coach would be the ability to move from part-time sales associate to store manager in a timely manner.

Cons

The only cons I can think of would be the amount of times we changed uniforms while I was there. I think they should have given us a free pair of shoes or a free handbag for Christmas or within the first year or 5 years of employment.
