      Prestigious, reputable company to work for. World-reknown for it's high quality products and workmanship. World leader in affordable, modern luxury. Great employee discount of 65% off.

      Cons

      Micromanaged to death. There needs to be more opportunities to advance, to work full-time, and to qualify for health and retirement benefits.

      Pros

      Good health benefits for full-time and certain part-time employees. Great hours for students who can't work a traditional 9-5. Amazing customers from all around the world. One good manager.

      Cons

      Horrible management team who plays favorites, fabricates lies and rumors on employees they do not like. Micromanagement. Managers use scare tactics to control employees. Managers don't feel they should be held accountable for their actions. There is a division in the store with managers on one side and everyone else on another side.
