Pros

Upper management has a hands on approach while allowing stores to breathe

Cons

Sometimes blame is put on the sales team when it should be on upper management

Pros

Great benefits. As a part time worker, you're eligible for health insurance. The bonus incentives are amazing. Location definitely matters. The two stores that I have worked for I have loved because of the staff. However, I have seen stores tank due to the team not working efficiently together.

Cons

Long hours (but hey that's any retail job). Corporate doesn't try to retain its employees. They feel that everyone is replaceable even if you're a top seller.
