There was good money and good benefits.

Cons

Not interested in candidates who didn't fit the "look"- ie, full face of makeup, no natural hair, etc.. Also created an environment wherein teammates were against each other via their reporting methods.

Cons

There is no cons that I can think of. Currently the workload is different due to Covid with understanding.
