      Pros

      Great benefits, great stock program, great bonus program, amazing teamwork in most stores, more structured than most companies, coach 1941 line is stellar

      Cons

      Consistency needed between corporate and retail, too focused on what employees look like, calling out sick is impossible for the most part, no retail recruiter (only for corporate), because of intentional low staffing there is only time to focus energy on renovated locations, too much focus on hiring externals vs developing and promoting internals

      Pros

      Everyone is extremely hardworking, dedicated and passionate. Coach pays well, provides great benefits including bonuses and stock options. The new offices are really nice. Coach is doing a good job re-inventing itself and it's been fun working with them.

      Cons

      I do think Coach could be more aggressive in their benefits and offer things that companies like Google and Facebook and Zillow are offering - better care for new mothers, IVF/Adoption help, flex time, paid or unpaid sabaticals, etc.

      Pros

      Nice discount, if you care about that type of thing. Work schedule was largely 9-6. No nights or weekend expectations.

      Cons

      Depressing culture. Mid-level management often had little to no practical experience in the area they were managing, particularly those overseeing web development.
