It’s a great job to learn various skill in. Every few months you are placed in different store roles so you can develop your skills for the next level.

Cons

Sometimes corporate has a hard time seeing how some new initiatives whether it is new software, delivery company, etc effect stores.

Cons

Stretch assignment without support. Managers give you the illusion of autonomy to shield themselves from failures and essentially have someone to blame so they don't take the fall. Very corporate and political.
