      Worst 2 months of my life...

      Pros

      The product was nice and over all the people I worked with were pleasant. Good employee discount but you could only use that toward a certain amount of items per year.

      Cons

      The management was very unprofessional and formed cliques. They treated associates like they were a bother and were often very rude to customers.

      Great work and pay for a part time job

      Pros

      If you sell a million dollars worth of merch than you get to attend the yearly sales conference in some exotic warm locale. Get to build rapport with customers and not have to be overly pushy about sales.

      Cons

      Lack of freedom on dress code, must wear white button up and black clothing plus no sitting breaks. Not paid for lunch break. Hours are never posted more than a week or 2 ahead of time.

      Better than other retailers, but still RETAIL

      Pros

      employee discounts, salary, environment. Can't really think of anything else. Money keeps you a slave to retail. You never leave.

      Cons

      no work life balance. Requred to work weekends even if payroll or sales does not merit all managers needing to work every weekend. Very strick "rules" and if you mess up or break one they will just as well let you go.
