Great training.... low pay

Pros

I received great training in customer service and selling 3 weeks vacation after 5 years

Cons

Uniform Not able to use vacation time due to blackout periods very low pay and not a lot of room for advancement

Pros

I liked that there was no super competitive commission based sales environment to taint the energy of the store's employees/morale. It was far more relaxing than most sales roles I've been in.

Cons

Severely underpaid. I know it's retail management, but we're talking about a luxury brand here that could afford to compensate its employees better.

All cross functional team members are bright, productive partners who work together to achieve a goal. There is a lot to learn from the process-driven atmosphere at Coach.

Cons

Upper management does not support middle management or provide the tools to be successful. Design can be unrealistic of what is achievable within the timeline provided.
