Pros

Great benefits. Good pay. Hiring process is so strategic to get the top performers. Diversity. They promote mental health care.

Cons

I can’t truly think of top cons. It’s not an easy job. There is a lot to the selling environment. You have to be open to feedback. Quick learning. Staying organized. Bringing over your strengths.

Pros

Discount, work life balance, exposure to new fashion concepts

Cons

Disingenuous district manager. Multiple store managers created drama through gossip. DM had favorites & if you weren't one she was overly critical & insensitive. Company culture seemed incredibly lost in translation. What was interesting was that as a straight female I felt more discriminated because of that.
