      Pros

      Discounts and for the most part the managers are really nice and understanding as long as you do what you’re hired to do. They do not discriminate as long as you are outgoing and can make sales

      Cons

      Little bit of talking behind co-workers backs mostly by the younger crowd but everyone does carry their own weight

      Internal movement is great. Ability to easily move functions and learn new areas of the business.

      Cons

      Micromanagement starts at the CEO and goes down to Directors. Teams aren’t empowered to drive strategy. Lower levels of the teams are overworked, but management dismisses it. No openness to change.
