      Pros

      Very friendly and relaxed work environment. Progress and innovation is the way here.

      Cons

      Too much meetings, there is pre-meeting to a meeting. There is too much brainstorming and no funds to back it.

That's why senior leadership has now implemented meeting free Fridays each month, and has also asked that we think about whether or not each meeting is truly necessary.       Pros

      Corporate atmosphere: Free dinner on late nights, friendly staff, 11PM building closure, Amazing Archive and MRDC hardware/ sampling area in basement, Stuart is super friendly and makes even the "little people" feel important.

      Cons

      Some late nights (but that is standard), Location isn't ideal-long walk from subway, but overall a great place to learn the ins and outs of the corporate design world.
