      Pros

      One of the perks of having a job at Coach is the generous employee discount. If you like to work in a neat and quiet location Coach would be a good fit.

      Cons

      You are expected to sell merchandise every hour with a minimum of two items per transaction. There is a lot of pressure if you don't meet your goal. The pay is not that generous for a "luxury" company.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, management very well structured. Flexible hours. Stock area and sales floor very well organized. Working with hand bags is much more easier to work with than clothing and food.

      Cons

      Benefits not great at all. Discount recently changed, and more than half of the items was better paid as a customer. Pay for non bilingual workers is low. Been there 3 years, extremely strong worker in all aspects and they kept me under $10 with no opportunity for growth. Hours spread throughout the week in short shifts, makes life/work balance off. Would rather work 10 hour shifts a day than 5 hours everyday for 6 days.

      Pros

      Friendship built Great manager who knows how to push you for sales and the way to go about reaching your sales target

      Cons

      No incentive No space for growth No benefits Can be top sales in store for 4 consecutive weeks, but management decide who gets that $50 coach bucks, so top sales really means nothing.
