      Pros

      You get paid $10 an hour, get a bonus if make the monthly goal, vacation and time off is worthy.

      Cons

      some managers are very discriminating and don't know how to talk to you, the dress code is very strict, and some workers, including managers, are lazy.

      Pros

      I have met some great coworkers there and the bonuses are really great when your store hits their sales goal.

      Cons

      You get written up every time you don’t make a sales goal for the month even when the numbers are higher than what they should be. If you get written up 3 times, you get fired. Also had some issues with coworkers taking sales when customers come in to exchange items which was against our store rule. I didn’t sign up for that type of stressful environment when I was hired.
