      Pros

      When I go to work at Coach I do not feel stressed out throughout the day. The managers are understanding and accommodating.

      Cons

      The only disadvantage is the hours of operations at the mall locations. There are hours that drag and time passes slowly.

      Discount, benefits, dress code. Great teams. Can learn a lot, high expectation, so if you must become the best at what you do.

      Cons

      Long hours, little recognition. Low salary for what is expected. hard to take time off. turnover high, so one is typically short staffed.

      No one leaves so it can be difficult to move up in you area. You might have to be willing to move or drive far for a promotion.
