      Great store to work at but strict time and attendance policy.

      Pros

      The management team is great and they really try to understand their employees with one on one coaching moments. Pay is also good compared to other retail jobs.

      Cons

      Time and attendance is really what makes coach a black/white company; due to strict policy, there is no grey area for time and attendance. You get a certain amount of sick/vacation time. Once you go over that time you will get terminated. There is only a 1 minute grace time for clocking in for you shift. Even if you make it on time, you would have missed the daily sale/goals report that is done 5 minutes before every shift.

      Good benefits. Monthly bonus if your team makes goal or plan. Good discounts

      Cons

      Need to have work/life balance. Unfair promos.......its about who you know instead of your skills. Starting salary is not that good. Make sure you get your money when you 1st get in.

      Pros

      The best reasons to work at Coach is the discount, work/life balance and also the people. Compared to other retailers, the discount is GREAT! You are able to work and still afford to buy items. Also the work/life balance is good. They expect you to do your job but also they understand time with family. You will meet some of the best person here.

      Cons

      Slower advancement (That is because no one leaves!) Pay - Which is always hard in retail Sometimes lack of feedback for personal growth
