      Pros

      This company is always about putting customer relations first. I obtained many skills and knowledge while working with this company.

      Cons

      During my time working with this company, I did not come upon many downsides at all. The management was always helpful, and our general manager did a great job with employing the right type of employees.

      Pros

      - Teamwork is encouraged, especially when there are store contests. - Everyone is treated well and given lots of encouragement. - Great discounts are given. - The products were always promoted in a way that got employees excited to sell.

      Cons

      - Depending on your position level, getting vacation time can be difficult. - There weren't enough hours given to work when it wasn't the holiday season.

      Pros

      There is great leadership from up top, which really trickles down. There is a focus on personal and professional development. In addition, it's great working for a company that is doing well and has such a loyal consumer base.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is very different in each department - you either have too much to do or nothing to do. As anywhere else, favorites are played, which can be frustrating to those who work hard (which is just about everybody).
