Flexible schedules, usually great coworkers and managers. friendly environment. you kind of become a family. decent benefits and do get recognized and rewarded for doing your job right. great for students who need a part-time job.

Cons

the occasional horrible manager. some micromanage creating their own rules. not for long term career. they don't advance or promote those who actually want it and deserve it. some manager pick favorites.
