A stressful environment to make OK money while you try to find a better job.

Good pay for the job.

Cons

It was a high school environment with lots of drama and favoritism. Experienced and qualified employees were passed over by inexperienced and unqualified employees for promotions. There was also lots of manual labor where you have to mop, sweep, etc. Late hours compared to similar jobs.

Great company to work for. Can learn great professional skills Management really cares about you, they try to get to know you

Cons

Sometimes it's difficult to close a sale and managers can be pushy in terms of telling you to close the sale.

- Decent benefits (employee stock purchase, merchandise discount) - Sense of pride working for Coach, from recognition awards to the greeting you get from most retail stores

Cons

- Very little vacation and some managers won't allow you to take more than one week at a time (seems to be part of the culture) - Inconvenient location
