      Working around handbags is a girls dream come true. They have a bonus program monthly and yearly.

      Our product is not what it use to be, and all the extra perks of the company have diminished too.

      absolutely plutocratic ,autocratic ,micromanaging work environment. These folks lull you into a sense of a friendly happy workplace. then after hire , drive you crazy with constantly negative feedback, and there is absolutely no way they are ever wrong. This contributes to a dog eat dog environment. I was one of the top 5 producers, and not only did I not get the hours stated in the interview, they constantly nitpicked about everything. these are handbags for pete's sake, and no one is asking them to lower their standards, but a bit of example setting, and a less adversarial attitude would help.I have many years of retail sales experience, and I have rarely encountered a more hostile workplace. SHAME ON THEM
