      Pros

      Excellent culture and plenty of room for growth. Great product, great team, and passionate individuals who are committed to the Coach experience. Everyone is fresh, vibrant, and eager to work hard.

      Cons

      Difficulty in maintaining a work-life balance. Long hours mean taking time away from personal interests and taking work home with you. Taking a sick day means that your absence will be sorely felt.

      Being apart of such a prestigious company. Learning about the quality and care put into each piece sold. Customer interaction

      Cons

      Associates have very uppity attitudes, even towards customers at times. Big reason why I left. They would say things like "Omg, she's wearing an outlet bag" even if it was Coach! That's not me, I couldn't take it.
