The people I work with are very friendly and its easy work.

Cons

Too many people don't do work because they've worked there for so long they think they don't have to work. Then the management needs work on they can't communicate for the life of them and are under staffed. You also have to learn alot of stuff on your own and even though I like the people I work with there's alot of gossip I feel like i'm back in high school

The company reward system was enjoyable, it provided motivation for all employees to make goals. Employee discount was defiantly a great aspect.

Cons

When most of the management team is new and haven't been properly trained.

Peers are great, some of the customers and fun times!

Cons

Too many wrong people in management, gossip, not enough recognition, and no care for the sale associates. It's who likes who that will move up instead of work ethic!
