      Terrible culture

      Discounts, pay not bad, summer Fridays, sample sales, vacation time for sr mgrs and above

      Cons

      Culture is terrible. No one is happy to be there. Long hours, not appreciated, everyone blames others when there are issues or if things go wrong, extremely hierarchical. People think that since they are at a certain level they are always right or try can treat others terribly. Stay away! It's a miserable place. Just ask anyone who has left recently...there are a ton of those people around!

      Pros

      At my location, we worked as a flat organization, and it was drama free!!! The managerial team was always by our side for full support, encouragement and they were always available when I needed them. My colleagues were fun, smart, and caring. We always had each other's backs! Lots of opportunities, very rewarding and so much to learn.

      Cons

      Adapt with current technologies and teach the employees on how to use them. Ex. Many employees faced problems when using Apple products. It's good that we exchanged our knowledge with each other, but shouldn't that be the company's responsibility?!

      Wonderfully sculpted company to work for

      Pros

      Very organized, friendly AND knowledgeable people. They hired really good personalities. Lots of opportunity. There is always a job for you to do and yes there may be slow moments but that is with every luxury store. The holidays working there were fantastic. I would go back to Coach.

      Cons

      This can be a good and a bad thing. People stay in their positions for a long time. There may be some people in upper management that have been there static for a long time so they think they no it all. It can be difficult working in the environment dominated by woman. That is something to look out for.
